Ingredients
- 2 (15.25 ounce) cans corn, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 /4 cup chopped onions
- Non-fat butter spray
Directions
- Spray a skillet with the butter spray. Saute the pepper and onion until softened. Stir in the corn and cook on low for 10 minutes.
