Simple saute low fat corn, bell pepper and onion side dish.


  • 2 (15.25 ounce) cans corn, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 /4 cup chopped onions
  • Non-fat butter spray


  1. Spray a skillet with the butter spray. Saute the pepper and onion until softened. Stir in the corn and cook on low for 10 minutes.
