Low fat creamy scalloped potato side dish.
- 3 medim potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Layer the potatoes with the cheese in a greased casserole dish. Pour the milk over and sprinkle the paprika on top. Cover, leaving a vent.
- Microwave for 12 minutes. Uncover and broil for 2-3 minutes until browned.
