Ingredients
- 4 pounds lean pork roast
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Arrange the roast in a roasting pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over. Marinate overnight.
