Simple lemon pepper and oregano seasoned grilled pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano leaves

Directions

  1. Combine the seasonings and coat the chops. Grill over medium-low heat for 25 minutes, or until no longer pink, turning once.
