Ingredients
- 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano leaves
Directions
- Combine the seasonings and coat the chops. Grill over medium-low heat for 25 minutes, or until no longer pink, turning once.
