There is nothing better than a family picnic, so tonight make a living room picnic for dinner. This low-fat pimiento cheese will take you back to a childhood favorite, but by using Greek yogurt, the fat content is dramatically reduced. Cheesy goodness still enjoyed with less guilt!
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 small white onion, grated
- 1 jar (4 ounce) pimientos, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) block extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8 ounce) block sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
