Granola topped low fat peach crisp dessert.
- 2 (16 ounce) cans sliced peaches, drained
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup low-fat granola (without raisins)
- Mix together the peaches, sugar and cornstarch. Spread into 4 greased custard dishes. Sprinkle the granola over top. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
