Simple tarragon and mustard baked orange roughy dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound orange roughy fillets
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried mustard
Directions
- Place the fish in a greased casserole dish. Squeeze the juice over and sprinkle with the seasonings. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
