Simple, low fat orange flavored chicken breast dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sugar-free orange soda
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 4-6 green onions, finely chopped
Directions
- Mix together the orange soda and soy sauce. Marinate, chilled, the chicken in the mixture for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Sprinkle with the onions. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
