Simple, low-fat okra and vegetable side dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced okra
  • 1 (16 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can seasoned stewd tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions

  1. Rinse the okra in water. Drain. Mix everything together in a large skillet. Cover. Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
