Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form. Slowly beat in the sugar until the mixture stiffens and becomes glossy.
- Spread over the prepared pie and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
