Lemon garlic seasoned chicken breasts.
- 6 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Grease a skillet and saute the garlic over low heat. Add the chicken and brown for 10 minutes a side over medium heat.
- Stir in the broth and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove the chicken, keep warm. Reduce the chicken for 3 minutes. Pour over the chicken when ready to serve.
