Low fat Italian dressing and lemon pepper seasoned chicken breast dinner.
- 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fat-free Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Mix together the Italian dressing, lemon pepper and salt. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Arrange in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Broil for the final 5 minutes.
