Honey and soy sauce baked chicken breasts.


  • 6 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce


  1. Mix together the honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Brush half of the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Brush the remaining mixture over and continue to bake for 35 more minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, basting regularly.
