Simple low fat brown sugar and honey glazed baby carrots.
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
- Mix together the brown sugar, honey and margarine in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted.
- Pour the carrots into a casserole dish. Stir in the honey mixture. Cover and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour stirring frequently.
