Low fat sweet ginger seasoned  carrot side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound package mini-carrots
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fat-free margarine
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Steam the carrots for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  2. Mix he remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low, stirring constantly until the sugar has melted.
  3. Stir in the carrots until well coated and heated through.
