- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 medium green pepper, diced
- 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- Mix together the honey and vinegar. Pour over the combined cucumbers and green peppers. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
