Low fat chicken, tomato, green pepper and rice dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans seasoned tomatoes and onions
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups rice, cooked

Directions

  1. Mix together the chicken, tomatoes and green pepper. Season as desired. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over the rice.
