Low fat chicken, tomato, green pepper and rice dinner.
- 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans seasoned tomatoes and onions
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- Mix together the chicken, tomatoes and green pepper. Season as desired. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over the rice.
