Creamy low fat onion flavored vegetable dip.


  • 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix


  1. Blend the cottage cheese and lemon juice together. Add in the milk. Once smooth, pour into a bowl and stir in the onion soup mix. Refrigerate before serving with vegetables.
