Garlic and parsley broiled shrimp dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound shrimp, cleaned and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 teaspoons chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Mix together the olive oil, garlic and parsley. Roll the shrimp in the mixture and broil until pink (about 5 minutes).
