Ingredients
- 2 pound shrimp, cleaned and peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 teaspoons chopped parsley
Directions
- Mix together the olive oil, garlic and parsley. Roll the shrimp in the mixture and broil until pink (about 5 minutes).
