Low fat savory Sajun seasoned bagel chips.


  • 1 low-fat bagel
  • Non-fat butter spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cajun seasoning


  1. Slice the bagel into 1/4-inch think rounds. Microwave on high for 1 minutes, stir. Repeat until crisped, but not charred, about 3 minutes total.
  2. Remove from the microwave and spray with the butter spray. Sprinkle the seasonings over and stir to coat.
