- 2 cups (16 ounces) low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (4 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Blend everything together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with fresh fruits.
