A delicious low carb/Low Cal treat without the crust. The spice is just right on this one.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can of pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray pie pan with cooking spray until well coated
  3. Mix all ingredients together
  4. Pour into pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes
