Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Blend flours, 1/2 cup Splenda, butter, and xanthan gum; pat into sprayed 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for 18 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Beat remaining ingredients for 1 minute; pour over baked crust.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until set and lightly browned. Cool and cut into 16 squares. Refrigerate.
