The low-carb version of a holiday favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 2 cups nuts (any variety)
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Dash salt
Directions
- Whisk egg white with water. Toss with nuts.
- Combine Splenda and cornstarch with spices and salt.
- Lift nuts out of egg white mixture, leaving extra in bowl.
- Add nuts to spice mixture and mix well. Arrange in single layer in jelly roll pan lined with baking parchment or foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
