Ingredients
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded (red or white)
- 1 small onion, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon ground celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup safflower oil
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon salt substitute
Directions
- Add onion and condiments to shredded cabbage. Combine sugar substitute, oil and vinegar. Mix into cabbage, tossing lightly. Chill and serve.
