Ingredients

  • 3 cups cabbage, shredded (red or white)
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground celery seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup safflower oil
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon salt substitute

Directions

  1. Add onion and condiments to shredded cabbage. Combine sugar substitute, oil and vinegar. Mix into cabbage, tossing lightly. Chill and serve.
