Low Cal Twice Baked Potatoes are made with cottage cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 large baking potato
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon chives, chopped
Directions
- Bake potato at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cut in half and empty insides into bowl. Mix with cottage cheese and refill potato skin. Top with chives.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes.
