There are just two ingredients in this smooth aperitif cocktail; London dry gin and anise-flavored Pernod. Serve very cold in a pre-chilled martini or coupe class.
- 1-1/2 ounces London Dry gin
- 1/4 ounce Pernod
- Put a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the prepared glass; serve immediately.
