Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 3 cups waffle mix

Directions

  1. Prepare the waffle mix as directed on the package.
  2. Chop lobster meat.
  3. Add the lobster meat to the waffle mix.
  4. Bake in a hot waffle iron until brown.
  5. Serve with lemon butter or cheese sauce.
