Lobster chip and cracker spread.
- 2 tablespoon margarine
- 2 cups sharp American cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 (5 ounce) can lobster, drained
- Heat the margarine until melted. Stir in the cheese. Break the lobster into pieces and stir in with the white wine. Heat through.
