Liverwurst Spread tastes great on crackers or with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 pound liverwurst
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 3 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup brandy
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- With electric mixer combine first 3 ingredients until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients until blended well. Refrigerate, covered.
