Slow cooked, spicy, chunky beef soup.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds stewing beef, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 (16 ounce) jars chunky salsa
- 4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
