Generously slather Lite Parmesan Bread Spread on a warm, crusty French baguette and top with thinly sliced cucumber or hard cooked egg.  Thin with a bit of skim milk to use as a salad dressing.  Wow, Versatile! 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup lite mayonaise
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients together in blender until smooth. Spread will keep in refrigerator for several days.
