Here's a simple to make Italian classic, Linguini with Clam Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- dash salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 pound linguini
- 2 cans minced clams
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Cook linguini in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
- Meantime, heat all the ingredients together except for the cheese.
- Add drained linguini to mixture, toss lightly and sprinkle with Parmesan.
