Here's a simple to make Italian classic,  Linguini with Clam Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • dash salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pound linguini
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Cook linguini in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Meantime, heat all the ingredients together except for the cheese.
  3. Add drained linguini to mixture, toss lightly and sprinkle with Parmesan.
