Linguini with Broccoli is a perfect vegetarian pasta dish.
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 pound linguini
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook broccoli in a small amount of water until just tender. At the same time cook linguini according to package directions.
- Warm the olive oil and saute garlic. After draining linguini, pour oil and garlic over it and toss well. Add broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Toss again and serve immediately.
