Linda's Mixed Vegetable Salad is perfect for vegetarians.


  • 2 packages frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 cup each finely chopped cauliflower, radishes, green onions, green peppers, carrots and cucumbers
  • salt to taste
  • 1 large bottle Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar


  1. Combine all vegetables with salt in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl, blending well. Pour over vegetables. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving.
