Linda's Mixed Vegetable Salad is perfect for vegetarians.
- 2 packages frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 cup each finely chopped cauliflower, radishes, green onions, green peppers, carrots and cucumbers
- salt to taste
- 1 large bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- Combine all vegetables with salt in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl, blending well. Pour over vegetables. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving.
