This sweet and citrusy mango-based sauce with a touch of cayenne pepper works especially well as a dip for seafood and roast pork loin.
- 1 teaspoon lime peel, finely shredded
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process mixture until smooth.
- Cover the sauce and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend before serving.
