Lime Coke Salad is an unusual blend of flavors but delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1, 6 ounce package lime Jello
  • 1 cup regular Coke
  • 1 medium jar Maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add Coke, cherries and nuts. Place in serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
