Cream cheese is the cheese in Lime Cheese Salad so it'll be smooth and creamy.

Ingredients

1 box lime flavored gelatin
1, 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 pint half and half
1 cup pineapple, shredded
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup boiling water
whipped cream for garnish

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix cream cheese with half and half until smooth. While gelatin is still hot, add to cream cheese mixture and add remaining ingredients. Chill in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Serve on lettuce leaf with a dollop of whipped cream.
