Cream cheese is the cheese in Lime Cheese Salad so it'll be smooth and creamy.
Ingredients
- 1 box lime flavored gelatin
- 1, 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pint half and half
- 1 cup pineapple, shredded
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
- whipped cream for garnish
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix cream cheese with half and half until smooth. While gelatin is still hot, add to cream cheese mixture and add remaining ingredients. Chill in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Serve on lettuce leaf with a dollop of whipped cream.
