Lillikoi Syrup is made from passion fruit. Enjoy this homemade version drizzled over pancakes, ice cream or used in place of simple syrup in mixed drinks.
- 1 cup passion fruit juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Place the passion fruit juice in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and boil until reduced by half.
- Take the pan off the heat, pour in the sugar and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature before transferring to an air-tight bottle and storing in the refrigerator until ready to use.
