Lillikoi Syrup is made from passion fruit. Enjoy this homemade version drizzled over pancakes, ice cream or used in place of simple syrup in mixed drinks.


  • 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar


  1. Place the passion fruit juice in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and boil until reduced by half.
  2. Take the pan off the heat, pour in the sugar and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature before transferring to an air-tight bottle and storing in the refrigerator until ready to use.
