Creamy potatoes with onion.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups pared potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup light cream
Directions
- In a pressure cooker combine the water, salt, potatoes and onions. Bring to 15 pounds of pressure.
- Remove from the heat and allow the pressure go down normally. Add in the cream and top with snipped parsley.
