Creamy slow cooked pork chops.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6-8 lean pork chops
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can chicken and rice soup
Directions
- Mix together the first four ingredients and dip the pork chop in to coat.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and brown both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in a crockpot and pour the soup over.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
