Lemon Whippersnaps are fun to say and easy to make.
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Combine cake mix, whipped topping and eggs in large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar, roll to coat.
- Place 1 1/2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes until light brown.
