Lemon Syrup

A simple basic syrup that can be stored for weeks. Perfect to keep on hand for blended drinks.


  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice


  1. Stir the water and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Continue stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture turns clear.
  2. Bring to a boil and continue to heat for 1 minute. Remove and allow to cool. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
