Lemon Snappers use a lemon cake mix and are a snap to make.
- 1 package lemon cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup 10X powdered sugar, sifted
- Combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir until mixture is uniformly moist. Form mixture into 2 inch balls. Roll balls into powdered sugar and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cool.
