Lemon Rice Pilaf is a delicious pilaf with subtle hints of lemon.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup long grained rice
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions
- Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan
- Add rice and cook until lightly browned
- Add broth and bring to a boil
