A quick and easy puddding cake.
- 1 package lemon pudding cake mix
- 2/3 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups 7-Up
- Combine the mix and oil. Beat the eggs in one at a time. Stir in the 7-Up and beat until well mixed.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
- Frost using the Lemon Pudding Cake Frosting.
