A quick and easy puddding cake. 


  • 1 package lemon pudding cake mix
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups 7-Up


  1. Combine the mix and oil. Beat the eggs in one at a time. Stir in the 7-Up and beat until well mixed.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  3. Frost using the Lemon Pudding Cake Frosting.
