This sauce is great to serve with halibut.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Stir and heat until it simmers.
  3. Serve over fish while hot.
