This sauce is great to serve with halibut.
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Stir and heat until it simmers.
- Serve over fish while hot.
