This delicate marinade delivers bright and fresh flavor to both chicken and fish fillets. Spoon it over the protein of your choice 30 minutes prior to cooking.
- 1/3 cup virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons sliced fresh chives or green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and process until completely blended. Use the marinade immediately or refrigerate until needed.
