Lemon, Parsley and Dill Marinade

This delicate marinade delivers bright and fresh flavor to both chicken and fish fillets. Spoon it over the protein of your choice 30 minutes prior to cooking.


  • 1/3 cup virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons sliced fresh chives or green onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and process until completely blended. Use the marinade immediately or refrigerate until needed.
