Slow cooked lemon pepper chicken breasts.
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Squeeze one of the lemon halves over the chicken, then sprinkle with the pepper and paprika.
- Slice the other lemon half and top the chicken with the slices.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
