A fresh and zesty lemonade that pairs well with lamb, poultry and stronger-tasting fish. Avoid marinating chicken or fish for longer than 3 hours so protein does not obtain a stringy or even mushy texture.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until mixture is smooth, and then use immediately.
